I haven't written in a while, and a lot has happened in the past couple of months!
I hope that this post finds you and your families healthy, and that you are able to keep your mental strength as we navigate through these uncertain times.
Though we have been quite busy planting seeds and working on what pre-season projects we can, we are super excited to get back out into our fields! Fairbanks received an above average amount of snow this winter, and our peonies are still happily nestled under over a foot of snow.
At this time, there are so many unknowns for our country, however, Sunrise Farm and Alaska Peony Flowers will be operating and conducting business as usual albeit adhering to the CDC and State's Covid-19 guidelines.
We will continue to provide Nationwide shipping with FedEx, to bring you fresh peonies direct to your doorstep, overnight!
For local flower sales, we will be taking full advantage of online technologies, Venmo, Apple Pay, PayPal etc.. We will also have designated times and specific locations on our property for pick-up in order to keep everyone safe.
Alaska Peony Flowers wants to let you know that we strive to grow and provide the highest quality, organic peonies, here in interior Alaska. Growing flowers has always been our passion, and we love that we are able to share our passion with all of you!
Our sustainably grown peonies will be available this July and August, and we hope that you will continue to support our small family farm.
